Emergency Medical Service Survey

Tama County EMS Association is conducting a County-wide survey that will be helpful with information collected from the citizens that our Emergency Medical Services serve.  You should have received a mailer with the survey to fill out and mail back or to complete electronically with a QR code.  If you misplaced that mailer, here is the link below for you to complete.

Survey

• We plan to have community meetings in areas throughout the county
• The maximum tax that can be collected per Iowa Code is $0.75 per $1000 assessed value
• That amount has yet to be determined and will be part of the advisory boards' responsibility to set
• The advisory board has not been established yet
